Budget Inn

It has the feel of a traditional inn, with really clean rooms and welcoming staff. The price is right too. Highly recommend it!

The room was filthy, and I wouldn't take a shower there for a million dollars. We asked for nonsmoking and got a smoking room, and there wasn't an interior lock, so all I could do was hope the neighbors were friendly. We also found tiny roommates. Even at $95 for a double full, it felt overpriced. The woman on the phone and at the desk seemed barely able to think. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Nothing fancy, but the price was reasonable and the place was very clean and quiet. Getting to I-70 and state road 51 was easy.

The gas station across the street was about the only plus. There's no coffee maker in the room, and nowhere to get ice even though they give you an ice bucket. The rooms are super tiny and the bedding was a joke, so I had to ask for another pillow. Pulling in, I thought it was a house until I saw the sign. It felt shady, like the kind of place people might be living in.
