Quality Inn Belle Vernon

There’s a pool table and a slot room, and lots to do around here too. The accommodations are great, and the staff are great as well. This place is great. We'll definitely stay again and tell others how great it is.

I appreciated how spacious the room was and how warm and welcoming the hosts were. Those things are why I'd give my stay three stars, though a few issues need attention. There was no iron, and there wasn't a mirror in the room. Having one outside the washroom would have been much more convenient. The windows were extremely dirty and looked like they had mold around the frames, which affected the room's appearance and made me concerned about cleanliness and air quality. I hope management considers these problems. Taking care of these details could make future stays much more pleasant.

Nathan was polite, understanding, and extremely helpful when I called about changing an online reservation. He listened to my situation and found a solution that saved me money. A great example of what customer service should be.

The lobby sign said "NO Pets," but there was a dog across the hall from us. Our room smelled musty, and when we checked the air conditioner filter to see if that was causing it, there was a third of an inch of dust on it. The door also had to be slammed shut when we left, or it wouldn't lock.
