Belmont Motel

It's good value, and they can always check you in. The rooms are a bit older but clean. We had a smoking room, and I was surprised it didn't have any odors. There was a new microwave and mini fridge in the room, plus a drink machine. It's close to convenience stores and shopping, and the location felt safe enough to keep me comfortable.

I came by late at night after the other hotel down the road was booked. I had no reservation and hoped they'd have a room. I rang the night bell, and a young woman came out in about a minute. Check-in was quick, just a form and payment, all done in under 10 minutes. The room was simple and clean. There aren't any amenities, but it works fine for a quick overnight stay.

Being able to park right outside my room was really nice, and the price was well worth it. My little room was clean, comfortable, air conditioned, and quiet, with a cozy bed. I even checked the mattress and it was clean. The person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I'm going back to Roswell next summer and will stay here again!

Passable. Could be the best budget option in town, though I don't know for sure. I checked the room with a black light. There were a couple of ants crawling in the shower, but nothing else major, and the sheets and surfaces were clean. Wi-Fi cost it a star. The signal didn't reliably reach the room, so I had to drive my car over to the main office in its separate building to get connected.
