Economy Hotel Roswell

I’ve been here for a few months, and the environment has improved since I first arrived. The rooms are the best you can get for the price, and the staff have always been kind and professional. It feels like a family environment, with Roswell PD always around. Sometimes residents even get pizza and other nice food. For short or long stays, I recommend Economy in Roswell. Manager Linda, you’re making improvements happen, even if they take time. Thumbs up, and love to all the staff. If you can afford a five-star hotel, go there, but otherwise don’t complain.

I booked four nights in a non-smoking room at Economy Hotel Roswell through Tickets at Work, but at check-in the clerk said the only room available was a smoking room in terrible shape. She told me to go look at it first. The room reeked of smoke, had no door lock, and felt completely unsafe. I went back for a refund, but she said she couldn’t process it and I’d have to wait for the manager the next morning. It was already 11 PM, so I was stranded without a room and had to book the Sonesta at the last minute, paying extra. Getting a refund through Tickets at Work took an unreasonably long time, with no response, so I eventually filed a credit card claim. The whole thing was a nightmare and left me with the impression of poor management and deceptive practices. It’s a rip-off, and I’d absolutely tell people to book elsewhere.

Ms. Linda the GM, Ms. Shonda, and Ms. Lynda at the front desk made our family’s stay pleasant. They were more than accommodating. Luis, the facility and maintenance manager, was outstanding as well. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable place in a good location.

Miss Linda Peek, the manager, treats everyone respectfully, without racism or discrimination. She tries to work with people when they need help, and she stays professional while following her guidelines. She’s a wonderful woman.
