Comfort Suites Roswell North

Claire deserves real recognition for how she handled last night’s chaos. The lobby was packed, several key cards weren’t working, and one guest kept calling and disrupting things. She stayed calm, patient, and efficient through all of it. She was a 10/10, and if that’s how she works every shift, she’s earned a raise. Thank you, Claire, for going above and beyond. The room itself was fine. I do hope the right people address the continuing trouble with key cards and doors, since guests shouldn’t have to keep chasing down amenities and basic services they’ve paid for.

Claire at the front desk was the best part of my stay at Comfort Suites Roswell North in Roswell NM. She was always polite and sweet, greeting guests with a warm smile whenever she saw us. I locked myself out of my room several times, and she helped each time without showing any annoyance. Her energy made it easier to overlook anything else that wasn’t great. We were there during a snowstorm, but the Wi-Fi and TV worked the whole time, the water stayed hot, and continental breakfast was available every morning. Keep up the good work, Claire!

There are plenty of dinner places nearby, and the location worked well for us. The room was clean and roomy, and the pool was enough for the kids to stretch after a long drive, though it looked bigger in the pictures. The hot tub jets weren’t working. Our TV also needed a quick fix because it wasn’t synced to the cable, but they sorted it out fast. I’d stay again.

We’re planning to come back in December for my grandson’s graduation, and we’ll stay here again when we visit Roswell. The shower was a favorite, and the room was comfortable, clean, and nicely done. Breakfast was very good, too. The manager and staff were friendly, and the service was good. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Roswell.
