The housekeeper, blue, was rude and unprofessional. When I came to book a second night, she accused me of arguing with her about the pet charge the day before, then told me, “you don’t like it, don’t stay here.” I had to ask her not to speak to me that way, and I’ll complain as high up as I can. I stayed one night because I usually choose these hotels since pets stay free once you register them at the front desk. This location charged $25 per night, up to $150, which was news to me. The pet policy they made me sign said nothing about that. They only showed me a tucked-away sign after I pushed back, which felt misleading.

General Manager Beverly at the front desk set the tone for a smooth stay. She clearly holds the hotel to a high standard, and the details were handled with care. The desk team were friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make things comfortable. They helped with check-in, gave local recommendations, and took care of special requests. The service was consistently top-notch.

I prepaid through hopper, but the clerk charged me another $450. Half of that was refunded. When I called to explain I’d been overcharged, the manager, who was also the woman I spoke to, was rude, talked over me, and wouldn’t listen or issue a refund. She told me to call hopper. I did, and they refunded me right away. What awful customer service. I’ll never stay there again.

My daughter found this place for my son and me last year while a hurricane was in Florida. We stayed a few days, liked the vibe, and came back two months later. That visit turned into an eight-month temporary home. Studio 6 in Roswell has recently renovated rooms, 24-hour security, and staff who are always willing to help. Shopping centers, a mall, and major restaurants are all within a 10-minute radius. Terrell, the Maintenance Supervisor, is a gem. He’s always around cleaning the grounds, painting, moving furniture, and renovating rooms, doing everything he can within his job duties to keep the property maintained. If I’m in the area again, I’ll stop by to talk to the staff. 10 out of 10 ❤️💯
