The rooms have good space for two, with wall art, a small stove, microwave, and standard fridge. Downstairs there's also a large dining room that could work for a banquet or event, and with a piano and attentive staff it might suit a recital, meeting, or wedding gathering too. Some carpet and other upgrades would help. It was still a pleasant stay, especially for the reasonable price, though the older hotel has a bit of an old folks home feel, so I wouldn't give it five stars.

The service really stood out. At check-in, he was kind and helpful, offered to bring the luggage rack back to the lobby, and even walked me to the room. We travel to Roswell for appointments and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed at. The room was very clean and spacious, with two separate living areas, a large fridge, walk-in shower, couch, table, and desk. The AC worked great, and the Roku TVs let my kids watch whatever they wanted. We'll absolutely stay again.

The staff made this stay for me. Everyone I met was warm, helpful, and welcoming, and they really went out of their way to make things go well. The property was spotless throughout, from the lobby to the room, and my room was roomier than I'd expected, which made it comfortable. I left more impressed than I expected and would stay again. Definitely recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable, well-run hotel.

It was quiet and peaceful, and a great price, $65 on Friday through Hotels.com. Breakfast in the morning had eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, cereal, and more. There's also a game room upstairs with a pool table. I got in late and went straight to sleep, so I didn't take any pictures. The front office staff were really nice.

The price was fabulously low and breakfast came with it. The kitchen service took a little while, but the coffee, eggs, and sausage were great. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very helpful.
