Sleep Inn Allentown - Fogelsville

I left genuinely sorry to go, which doesn’t happen to me often at hotels. The service made a real impression: staff were attentive without hovering, helpful without intruding, and went above and beyond in a way that felt natural. Check-in was warm and easy, and I felt welcome right away. The room was spotless, quiet, and restful, with crisp linens, nice lighting, and a comfortable bed that was both supportive and soft. The amenities were well cared for, everything worked as it should, and despite the central location the room felt like a peaceful retreat. I also appreciated the little details that made it easy to relax. This stay has set an unfairly high bar for other hotels. I’ll be back. 10/10, memorable and worth every cent.

My room was terrific, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept longer than I normally do. Thanks to Miss Stephanie for taking the time to sort out a small issue. I’m looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in Allentown.

The young manager is friendly, and the hotel was clean. The location is okay, though not exactly prime: it’s tucked behind other businesses, shares a parking lot with another hotel, and isn’t a great spot. TV options are very basic apart from the Prime sports channels. Dogs are allowed for $25 per night, a fee the corporate website doesn’t mention. I’ve stayed twice.

The front desk staff are nice, and I liked the coffee. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, though, with very sweet yogurt that didn’t seem very good quality and not enough fruit. Sometimes it’s hard to find the water container for drinking water. The water in the area seems hard, which may be why the towels weren’t fluffy and didn’t feel dry. A water softener might help.
