Comfort Inn & Suites Russellville I-40

The people here were the one good part of our stay. The bathroom was very cold because its door wouldn’t stay open, and the metal doors and cheap construction made the hotel feel poorly made. I stayed at the one in Canton, GA, and it was much nicer, with wooden doors, a bathroom door that stayed open, and warmth throughout. Also, please change the water in the lobby. Who knows how long it had been there? It wasn’t lemon-infused, and it was disgusting. Shame on you, Comfortable inn.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, and the person who called himself the owner, manager, and handyman checked that we had what we needed and that everything worked. When the TV sound wasn’t right, he replaced it straight away. At check-in, the young woman was friendly and helpful when a billing problem came up with booking.com. A really nice overnight stay.

The pool was actually heated, and the hot tub was open, which I appreciated. The beds felt a little hard to me, though nobody else complained. Breakfast was there, but small and nothing special. Still, it’s a nice place and I’d stay again.

We stayed overnight Wednesday, November 26, 2025, and had a wonderful visit. After I left my laptop backpack in the room, the friendly woman at the desk, I think her name was Mary, called me quickly. Some of my family were still staying there, so she promptly got the laptop to them. It’s good to see such honest, kind people at the Russellville Comfort Inn.
