Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington

Marissa, Stephen, and Lisa are a big reason I keep coming back. The front desk team makes me feel welcome every time, and they’re friendly, professional, and ready to help. On my last visit I mentioned needing a noise maker, and Marissa lent me a fan right away. It was a small thing, but it made me more comfortable. Thanks for being so warm and helpful.

The games and books in the lobby, hot cocoa runs at night, and the sledding hill out back have become some of our favorite family memories. There’s room for the kids to play outside, too. We come to the Best Western in Rutland every year, and it’s the thoughtful touches and kind staff that keep drawing us back. Tammy is so caring and friendly at breakfast, and her morning smiles make us feel at home. At the front desk, Merissa always remembers us and our names. She’s especially sweet to my 4 year old and makes her feel special whenever we arrive. We’re grateful for the people here and already look forward to coming back.

Applebee's is just down the hill, and East Asian Cuisine is there too. I recommend both for lunch or dinner. The location and service are great, and I’ll choose this place again. The staff make me feel like part of the family, and I’m always greeted warmly. My room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and there’s plenty of parking. I use the workout room regularly, the wifi works well, and I’ve never had a cold shower.

I was here for work for about two and a half months. The staff were amazing and responded very quickly whenever I reported a problem, but the room and building I stayed in weren’t great. Several times I got off work and couldn’t shower because there was no hot water. One night, the heat in my room also stopped working, apparently because of the hot water issue. After the first couple of incidents, I hoped the owners or upper management would look into the root cause.
