This is the second day in a row that it’s taken four hours to get towels, even though that’s all we asked for. I complained, but we still get the same service. My husband thinks it’s not personal; I do. Service here is unacceptable, and I’d strongly advise minorities not to stay because we aren’t being treated equally. There’s no accountability. We can’t count on them for anything now, and we’re worried they might give us dirty towels or linens. We’ve kept a record of everything. If you have a complaint, I’d contact the corporate office or ask the bbb to expedite it.

I’m so upset. There were dried blood stains on the comforter, and from the amount of blood it looked like it had never been washed. We were visiting from out of town and didn’t realize the comforter had blood on it. You don’t know how weak my immune system is or what the previous person might have had. The beds should be changed after every guest, even if you have to call for housekeeping. When I called to ask them to bring sheets and make the bed, they didn’t make it and brought two top sheets with no comforter. At 1 a.m. I called again for a bottom sheet and comforter, but they brought a mattress cover instead of the bottom sheet. We were tired and had a flight to catch, and still didn’t have proper bedding at the end of the night. They only offered points to rebook with them, after risking my health. A friend had the same thing happen a couple of months earlier, booked through a third party, and at least got some of her money back. The hotel only refunded my parking. I’ve had amazing stays at better hotels, and I could’ve been better off booking a motel or the Hampton. I posted pictures. This is absolutely disgusting, and they don’t care. This isn’t even all the blood stains. I can’t explain how shocked I am. This is the last you’ll hear from me, and I’ll keep posting this everywhere.

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a simple room that felt worth what we paid. The jacuzzi worked and was clean, though it could’ve been a little warmer. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave us warm cookies at check-in. It’s a very easy, close drive to the convention center, so we’ll definitely stay here again. The food was good but cost $15-20, and there was also a coffee shop. Parking was $12 a night, in case that’s a dealbreaker.

The rooms were kept up well and cleaned daily, with care taken around our belongings. Everyone I met on staff was helpful, and offered assistance when they saw me struggling with bags. I really appreciated how willing they were to help. Chaz made check-in easy and explained the amenities and how to get around. That was useful in such a large hotel with its 6 winged corridors. He also walked me through my room options and helped me choose what suited me best. He was pleasant to talk to and made me feel welcome in the area. Ask him about the warm cookies 😉 I loved my stay here and highly recommend it.
