It's a great option if you're on a budget, and they're pet friendly. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and quick to take care of requests. There's also a little concession stand or bodega with snacks. It's a bit pricey, but convenient enough that I don't mind.

This was our second stay, since it's close to family. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was really good: fluffy eggs, tasty waffles, and sausages we loved. The location is nice, there's plenty of parking, and we felt safe. Check-in and checkout were easy.

I didn't feel safe here. The people around seemed unhoused, and the other side of the freeway looked even worse, almost like a homeless encampment. I asked for a refund. The receptionist said yes, but offered to move me to the other side instead. I drove over, then came back to check out. He said he couldn't process it because I'd booked through a third party. I called my credit card company, which was willing to accept the refund but needed to call the hotel. I watched the staff take their time answering. While I waited, another couple who had just checked in left, and the receptionist said they wouldn't get a refund without even arguing about it. My card representative eventually told me the hotel first refused, but agreed to refund only $30 after she explained my concern, because I'd already been there an hour. The room looked upgraded, but it was still dirty. The bathroom and floors didn't look cleaned. I also checked in early because my son needed a restroom after all the driving, and there wasn't one in the lobby. The receptionist charged a $20 early check-in fee. This isn't a place for a regular stay. I'd rather pay more for peace of mind.
