Breakfast was a letdown. It ended at 9 a.m. on weekdays, earlier than at other Hilton Brands I’ve stayed with, and the hot food was cold, as if the warmers had been turned off. I got there six minutes before the posted closing time, but the hostess was already taking the bar apart while guests, including me, were still coming in. It felt like convenience came before hospitality, and being hurried out of the breakfast area was frustrating and unprofessional. The room had a strong musty smell as soon as I entered, possibly from a pet that had stayed there before. I told the front desk, but they had no other rooms. The next morning, I found several long black hairs stuck to my towel while drying my face. The location is convenient, just minutes from the highway, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. There are at least nine other hotels within half a mile, so I won’t return here.

We got there at 4:30 with a key, but the room still wasn’t ready. The fire alarm went off at 6 p.m. and again at 8 a.m. Breakfast trays sat empty for an hour with no refills, and the person at the front desk was watching YouTube. The towels felt like paper towels, and the water pressure was so weak it needs its prostate checked. That’s pretty much the whole story.

Max was a professional, excellent host and kept everything in order. The breakfast was warm and tasty every day, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the location and surroundings were nice. I’d highly recommend it and look forward to coming back.

The breakfast chef made sure there was plenty to eat and even looked after me while I was there. Tay and max were wonderful too. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.
