We're here for my husband's work and hoped to stay for a while, though we're now thinking about moving elsewhere. The white male who works nights has been the only staff member kind to us. The two black ladies who work here have both been very rude. Veronica told my two-year-old to be quiet because adults were sleeping and working, and I found that really disrespectful. We've heard adults making noise too, and we understand this is a public place where you can't control everybody. Her comment to my child made me mad. Other family members staying here for the same reason agree that the women have been rude.

Our van broke down after we reserved a room, and the hotel was really understanding and nice about it. They made it feel personal. We're definitely planning another trip soon!

Breakfast was good, and there was always hot coffee! Ms. Veronica was so sweet and made check-in enjoyable. We'll stay again!

I looked around at a few other hotels nearby before choosing this one. As soon as I walked in, the cleanliness and organization stood out. The rooms were orderly, the furnishings were in great shape, the floors were spotless, and there wasn't any bad smell like at the other places around here. I'm very satisfied with the service and attention. They offer breakfast and have a laundry room too. Good job to the whole staff.

The staff really made the stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially the kind woman who checked me in. They're 100%. The owners, though, seem to have cut corners in a few areas. The rooms need newer beds and the furniture hasn't caught up with the redone interior and exterior. The decor still looks like the 80-90 style, and the room furniture hasn't been updated much. As a platinum member, I expected a hot breakfast. For a $100 room, I got great staff, a Continental breakfast, and an uncomfortable bed. The staff are 100%, but the owners are falling short of what a true BW hotel should be.
