Motel 6 Saginaw - Frankenmuth

The service was incredible. The receptionist even let me borrow a charging block. The location is great too, with lots of good late-night food options nearby. The room was okay, though there were a couple of stains on the pillows and small holes in the sheet. I was almost afraid to ask where the TV remote was.

At checkout, Imran was on duty and helped rebook my room so I didn’t have to move. Earlier, Sam came straight to my room to fix the lock and made sure I felt safe. Extra thanks to both of them.

The price is right, they allow pets, and they do try to meet your needs so you’re satisfied. Still, I had to try three different rooms before finding one good enough to sleep in. The rooms could use some work, and there weren’t enough towels. There were also some strange people walking around at night. I’d stay again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I got a refund before finding somewhere else to stay. But the room was so dirty that I wouldn’t even sit down: crumbs in the bed, pet hair on the sheets, hair and blood in the bathroom, and dirt and trash beside the nightstand. I’d arrived after we lost power at 1 am and couldn’t find an affordable hotel, so we settled for the Red roof inn. I won’t come back unless the housekeeping improves.
