The welcome as a Platinum guest was a nice touch. The manager and advisement manager were professional, attentive, and clearly wanted things to go smoothly. They handled questions and requests quickly and with care, which made for a nice stay.

The location is a big plus, close to restaurants, the college, highway, downtown, and more, and the service was great. The rooms are a little dated and could be better maintained.

The front desk staff were kind and professional, but the room itself was in rough shape. Wallpaper was peeling across every panel, the shower was dirty, the AC smelled bad, and there was lots of noise from neighbors. For what feels like a modern property, it seemed pretty run down. They put a $150 nightly hold on my card for incidentals, which feels steep. At SpringHill I've usually seen $20-50 holds, and I've never been given a room in such poor condition. I'll update this if the hold isn't released.

I was here for a wedding and got an early check-in. Manager Jennifer was nice when I checked out, and breakfast was full and stocked.

You can walk to nearby shopping centers and restaurants from here, so the location works well. It still has that new-hotel feel, and the staff greet you warmly and get check-in done quickly. Breakfast is up at the front by the outdoor patio, where you can sit outside with your coffee and food.
