The room had a strong smoke smell, black mold in the shower, ants, and mouse or rat droppings behind the nightstand. I also found personal lubricant behind the bed when I pulled it out. The curtain was coming off the window, part of the sink counter was detached, the cabinet had severe water damage, and the door jamb was broken with no secondary safety lock. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable during my stay. The parking lot and nearby areas were poorly lit, with overgrown bushes and secluded spots. I saw signs of drug activity and prostitution in the lot, so it felt more like a place for short stays by the hour than a safe, standard hotel. I took photos of everything. It needs major repairs, a deep clean, and better security before it should be considered safe for guests. One star is too much, unless renting by the hour makes it a four-star place.

We’re here for an extended stay while we wait on some things, and our room has been clean and comfortable. The staff have been wonderful about answering any questions or addressing concerns. We’ve had a really great experience.

The outside could use some work, so don’t let it put you off. The room was fine, the front desk folks were very nice, and it was a good price for somewhere to close your eyes.

We had a great stay and I’d come back. The staff were nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the parking lot was clean too. Towels were refreshed every day, and the room smelled fresh when I got back from work. The AC worked amazingly. The TV wasn’t the best, but it worked and had good channels. You could hear noise through the thin walls sometimes, though it wasn’t constant. It’s not a five-star resort, but I’d recommend it if you’re trying to save money. My one real frustration was my card stopped working during the stay. Since the building doors need a key, I had to walk all the way around to the front to have it reprogrammed.

Dana made check-in easy and got us settled quickly, she was great. The price was reasonable, and there are lots of places to eat and drink within a short walk or drive. The WiFi was a little unreliable but worked most of the time, so I wouldn’t take off a star for that. I’d definitely stay again.
