Days Inn by Wyndham Salisbury

The rooms were dirty and had lots of flies. The listing says a free breakfast item is included along with coffee, tea, and juice, but the hotel doesn’t provide that. Staff first told me there was no breakfast. Coffee and orange juice alone don’t count as the advertised hotel breakfast. I’ll keep following up with Priceline until they make this right and remove the hotel from the listing. I can’t reply to the owner’s response, but it did nothing to fix the problem. Expect the same if you take the risk. Maybe saving a muffin was worth the bad customer experience to them.

Room 241 had no power. The towels were dirty and only hand-towel sized, and I had to ask for the TV remote. There was no hot water for a shower, and the stairways were covered in ice. Candy and Uno cards were under everything. It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The manager gave me only a $20 discount. I don’t recommend it. This place should be turned over to the health department.

Staying here was actually terrifying. The room was gross and nothing like the advertisement, and the place smelled like weed. Long-term residents were loud, and one person was trying to sell candy in the parking lot. Run!

I waited 20 minutes for staff to arrive so I could check in. The room was very hot, the floor was dirty, and there was urine in the toilet. They’d given my reserved room to someone else. The website advertises free breakfast, but there wasn’t any.
