Breakfast was a bright spot: the eggs were delicious, seasoned just right and cooked well, and the do-it-yourself waffle makers were yummy. The bathroom was nice, and having a kitchen in the room was useful. There's no pool, though, which disappointed us. Parking was stressful. We had to stop in a loading zone on a busy downtown street to check in, then park around the block in back. There were only a few spots, and it felt sketchy after dark, so we worried about the car all night. The beds were awful, really hard and uncomfortable. If hard beds are fine with you, you don't need a pool, and you're not bringing a car, this place might work. I wouldn't return.

I booked through the Marriott app after reading plenty of positive reviews, but the parking setup was disappointing. You have to pull onto the property to get a pass, then drive around the block to an adjacent garage. After parking on the third floor, you have to carry your luggage down an exterior flight of stairs. There’s no elevator and no security. The whole arrangement is terribly inconvenient, and I wish the app had described it better.

Lovely rooms and great service, and I could imagine living here. But the shower had so little water pressure that there was no way to wash my hair, so I had to skip it. With enough water from the shower head for a proper shower, this would be five stars.

We come back every October for Blade Show and plan to keep staying here each year. The rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are always super friendly. The hotel is handy for great restaurants, the convention center, and everything downtown. There's a good basic breakfast in the morning, and the staff are friendly there too.

The staff were great, breakfast in the morning was good, and we enjoyed our three-night stay. The room had almost a full kitchen and a large bathroom. We saved quite a bit on food by bringing leftovers home and picking up a few groceries. Parking is a little odd because it's in a public lot. People worried about break-ins shouldn't leave valuables in their cars.
