The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the stay was good overall. Still, the room needed a better clean. The shower floor looked dirty, and there were crumbs and trash scattered around the floor.

The price feels outrageous for the location and the state of the room. It smelled like cat pee, and there were hair balls in the closet, roaches in the bathroom, hair in the shower, and stains in the toilet. When I pulled back the sheets, they were covered in hair, as if someone had fluffed the bed without properly changing them. There were toe nail clippings by the bed, like nobody had vacuumed. The AC unit was dusty, with filters covered in dust, and food containers had been left in the refrigerator. The towels were stained, the shower curtain was wet, the floors were soggy, and the housekeepers were loud. I won’t be returning.

Giovanni, the manager, was friendly and available to answer questions or concerns, and Ana at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and did her best to make our stay comfortable. We had excellent customer service and a quiet stay. The location is central to restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops, and it’s pet friendly. A great place to stay while visiting family and friends.

The rooms were really comfortable, and it’s well located in San Angelo. There are plenty of restaurants around, plus an outlet mall nearby.
