Comfort Suites Medical Center near Six Flags

The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, and the TV, microwave, and fridge all worked. Check-in went smoothly and everyone we met on staff was nice. Still, we won’t stay here again. The lobby furniture and couch in the room were filthy, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the floors weren’t mopped, and the elevator was dirty too. We skipped the pool because the hotel furniture and floors were so nasty, and I didn’t smell any chlorine. Breakfast was a no for us as well. The coffee was horrible, and when I looked into the kitchen, the floor was dirty, so I didn’t want to eat anything. We chose this place for the price and indoor pool in January. We did feel safe, even with that huge sign saying they weren’t responsible if cars were damaged or broken into. We usually stay at the Laquinta, but it doesn’t have an indoor pool. We give this property three stars only because our room and bed were okay. If you want a cheap place and don’t mind the things I mentioned, you could book it. If you can spend a few more dollars, Laquinta is up the road.

Erin Palmer made me and my family feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and check-in was quick. I stayed four nights at Comfort Suites Medical Center near Six Flags, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with housekeeping keeping everything fresh and stocked each day. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

Amyn at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant, and the staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Comfort Suites.

The price was very reasonable, and everything was really clean. The staff were polite and accommodating, and we enjoyed the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious too. This is our go-to for stays in San Antonio from now on. Thanks to everyone on staff!
