The one thing going for it is being close to the AFB. Our stay was three nights, and the pool looked like a lake the whole time. It wasn't cleaned until we were leaving, when it finally looked like the picture. Both rooms had mold on the ceilings, and the bed sheets weren't clean, so we bought sheets at the nearby Walmart. Customer service was poor over the phone but better in person.

They were renovating while I was there, which made for a pretty bad stay. A pipe caught fire and the whole place smelled strongly of smoke. It was impossible to spend the night there.

We arrived around 6:30 p.m. on 10/24/25, dropped off our things, and went to the river parade. About three hours later we returned to find that someone had entered our locked room and taken my grandma's purse, my mom's car keys, my hair straightener, and some sunglasses. I believe it had to be someone who works there, but the staff are covering for each other. The front desk said they'd check the cameras, then told us to call the police and file a report. There were at least four cameras outside, including two right by our door, but they said they couldn't find anything. The sheets were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks, and the door seemed like it could be kicked open with one good hit. Horrible experience. I hope this hotel gets shut down ASAP!

The pool was a murky, putrid green, clearly unusable, and the whole property felt neglected. In my room, mildew and mold smelled awful and were visibly spreading across the walls and ceiling. Within hours, I found itchy evidence of bedbugs and spent the night dealing with them. The room and lobby were deeply unpleasant, and the place felt like a health hazard. This was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Save your money and health, and stay far away.
