Days Inn by Wyndham Suites San Antonio North/Stone Oak

I’ve stayed often over the past year at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio North/Stone Oak, and I don’t plan to switch hotels. I’ve tried luxury properties and other places nearby, but no staff have treated me with the same respect and attentiveness. Kumar Mogil and SJ are consistently helpful, and housekeeping keeps the rooms spotless, with no signs of pests. The rates are highly competitive, and the service is outstanding. A perfect 10/10, with my continued loyalty.

The breakfast could use more options, and there wasn't any half-and-half for the coffee. Still, I appreciated that they had Belgian waffles, and the room was reasonably clean with fresh sheets on the bed. I'd stay at this Days Inn again if I had the chance.

The room was nice once it had been cleaned and the sheets changed, but the service was poor. We asked several times for room service and waited three days. When one older woman finally came, my roommate and I ended up helping her clean because we felt bad. Breakfast was lousy too.

The rooms were clean, though a little cramped, and the hallway smelled like weed. Breakfast was the real letdown. There was toast without jelly, cereal, waffles, and lemonade, along with bad coffee. The fruit area had just a few apples and was empty when I checked again, with nothing replenished. There wasn't anything hot. We had plenty of places to choose from and picked this one because it looked clean and nice, but breakfast mattered a lot to us. We won't be back.
