The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and the small pillows were uncomfortable too. I was charged for a room I’d cancelled, and a week later I still hadn’t managed to speak with the manager. I filed a protest with my credit card. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but after seeing how the manager treats guests, I wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast had a nice range of tasty options and got each day off to a good start. The location was convenient for getting to attractions, just a short distance from the tourist center. Our room was very clean and tidy, and we felt at home as soon as we checked in. The staff were welcoming, kind, and ready to help. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We won’t stay here again. We were lied to several times, and there was no bedding for the pull-out couch, so we had to buy our own things. A manager was supposed to call after I was given the wrong information about when they’d arrive. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting. If the owner wants to hear the whole story, I’d be glad to speak with them.

The room itself wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t clean, with dust and cobwebs all over the walls and a broken bathroom faucet. Power and internet connections kept dropping without explanation, as if some outlets worked only now and then. Our floor’s hallway was hot and had trash scattered all along it. The neighboring housing projects were loud and smelled of marijuana. At best, this is a $50-$60-a-night place.
