Neilam at the front desk made check-in smooth and stress-free, and took time to make sure I had what I needed. The staff were kind and professional, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return and recommend it.

The hotel is a bit dated, but I didn't spend much time in the room, so it didn't really matter. Its location was great: most of San Antonio's best areas were within about 10-15 minutes. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was heated, and the workout room had a couple of treadmills and free weights. I had a good experience and would come back.

I'm a flight attendant with a major airline, and we arrived very late at the Double Tree after a long, hard day of work. Mr. Neilams welcomed us as the guest representative and was attentive and incredibly welcoming. He offered cookies and water and made sure our rooms were ready. I really appreciated the prompt service, care, and warm greeting. Amazing job.

The building is spacious and pleasing to look at, and the staff were super friendly. Our shuttle bus driver was kind and drove safely. My room was dated and pretty bare, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. I have a bad back, so I was especially happy with the bed. I'd definitely recommend it.

I was there a little over a week while closing on my house, and relied on the bar for dinner. Most of my meals were delicious, though in all nine days they never had coconut shrimp. The breakfast buffet was $18.00, and I'd call it continental. The pool chairs were damaged beyond use and need replacing. Hot water and pressure were just right. Thank you!
