We were in San Antonio for a great event and were treated like trash by an unprofessional man named OCEAN. The room cost $70.05, and they took another $100, supposedly as a hold for seven days. We weren't told about that extra charge. Later they accused us of smoking in the room and burning the mattress pad. We don't smoke and didn't smoke there. The mattress padding and sheets had been removed because they were covered in urine and blood, so we rested on our own sheets. When we first called, we were told to wait seven days because of the holiday and that we'd get the money back. The $100 never came. On the next call, an irate general manager named OCEAN repeated the smoking and mattress-pad accusations. He said he'd return the deposit if we sent pictures of the urine-soaked mattress and padding and the blood on the padding, which felt like a bribe. When we asked for corporate's number, he was nasty and refused to give it. This won't go unnoticed.

I travel for work a lot, and this was one of my best stays in a while. I usually feel nervous at hotels, but I felt comfortable and safe here. The beds were actually super clean, and the staff were friendly and paid close attention to my concerns. The manager was professional and knew his stuff. I'd pick this place first if I pass through again.

I spent three days here. The room was clean and presentable when I got back, and the staff were quite nice. Service was exceptional. I'd recommend it.

My girlfriend and I stayed a couple of weeks while attending a convention at a nearby convention center. We loved the service, and everyone was very kind. We'd definitely come back on another adventure.

The kids loved the clean pool, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. The front desk was always helpful when we needed something, and the housekeeper was amazing. Great price, too, and they were very understanding. This was the best hotel we stayed at, and we'll be back.
