Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio NW near SeaWorld by IHG

Oralia went out of her way for us several times, and that’s what made this stay so memorable. When my daughter got sick, she brought fresh sheets quickly, came back after another accident, and even offered to help change the bedding. She remembered my son’s name and checked that we were all right. Earlier, when I realized we had no milk for him, she found two bottles in the breakfast area for us, just in case he woke up wanting more. She also sorted out the crib after I explained I’d requested one, even though she hadn’t been told about it, and later went back upstairs to retrieve my phone after I left it in the room. She brought it out to the car while I was leaving with the babies and my husband was already at work. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and seemed well maintained. The beds and room were comfortable. I felt really cared for here, and Oralia’s kindness turned a stressful stay with two little kids into one of my best hotel experiences.

My family had questions and concerns, and Gabriella was always helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and my kids were big fans of the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back when we’re in town.

Breakfast was great, and the dining area was clean. Our beds were cozy, tidy, and well made, with excellent housekeeping. Gabriella at the front desk was very friendly too. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell, and resting there was difficult. The air conditioning would shut itself off during the night, so for much of the night we ended up sleeping without it. The bathtub was rusty and in poor shape. We also paid for a room with two beds, but when we arrived, they gave us one bed and a sofa because the room we’d reserved wasn’t available. A big disappointment. I’d recommend choosing somewhere else.
