InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX – Leon Valley North

Bill, the manager, is the best part of this place. He’s a sweetheart and really helpful with customer service. The rooms are dated, but they were clean and bug-free when I settled in. If you just need somewhere basic to sleep, it’ll do. You get what you pay for, and for something nicer you’d want to go to the Marriott.

The place is clean and runs efficiently, and the rooms are kept up to date. Bill and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. If you need a room for a weekend or a longer stretch, they’re very helpful. Thanks to Bill and the team for the hospitality and customer service.

I paid for a week at the Bandera Road location, but had to leave the next day after my status changed. They wouldn’t give me any refund, even a partial one. The stay itself had little to recommend it: cleaning was only once a week, there was no breakfast, and I got just one roll of toilet paper with no tissues. The atmosphere felt undesirable, the thin walls let the neighbors’ TV through, and the refrigerator was loud enough to wake me or keep me up. Out back, the pavement was caving in enough to make me wonder about a landslide, and they’d only taped off the area in yellow. I’ve stayed at Intown Suites before, but I won’t again.

Watching the deer nearby was calming, and there’s everything you need in the surrounding area. I felt safe staying there alone as a woman. The room was clean, everything worked, and the management, staff, and housekeepers were professional and very nice. Thanks for treating me well. I’ll stay there again when I visit.
