Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio-Airport

Update, 12/18/2025: Thanks for sorting out the billing discrepancy. We've stayed here several times while visiting family. The beds are comfortable, and housekeeping keeps the spacious rooms clean. The indoor pool is a nice feature. Breakfast includes waffles, which is a plus. The fitness room only has one treadmill, and it's been broken for a while. Also check the room description when booking, since not all rooms have a microwave or refrigerator.

The breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Staff were nice and helpful, but the rooms are dated and need more upkeep. They also don't have refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms.

My flight was canceled, so I booked one night here at a reasonable price. I was traveling alone and, while watching TV, saw a six-legged visitor crawling on the bed. I was shocked and angry. I knew the hotel was low-cost, dingy, and dated, but with the Hilton name I expected a clean room without roaches. I killed the bug, packed up, and called the front desk. They moved me to another room, which didn't have bugs, but it hadn't been vacuumed properly. There were old fingernail or toenail clippings on the floor. I was exhausted after traveling for over 24 hours, so I avoided them and checked out in the morning. Breakfast was free but the worst tasting and most lackluster I've had. The employee at the station was rude and seemed to hate the job. It wasn't busy, maybe two or three people including me. I couldn't wait for my rideshare and to get out of there. This was the worst Hilton-branded hotel I've stayed at. I don't recommend it. Stay elsewhere.

We slept really well, and the bed was excellent. The AC was excellent too, and the staff responded quickly. Our studio with two Queen beds was spacious. The trouble was the shower had no hot water. I reported it and was told they'd fix it, but I'm still waiting to find out if they did.
