InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Perrin Beitel Road

I’ve been here 9 months. The rooms are small but decent and bug-free. The staff are helpful and nice, there’s 24/7 security, all bills are paid, WiFi is free, and housekeeping comes once a week. Compared with the competition, there’s no comparison.

My family moved in on December 3rd and things were fine until May 4th. That day, a man and a woman came to my room and made a very sexual comment to my wife about her breasts being too big for her shirt, then told her to change clothes. The next day I was told that everyone with pets had to get rid of them or leave by May 7th at 12 pm because corporate was coming to inspect. We’d been there over 5 months and spent over $6,000. With that short notice, we had to scramble to find somewhere else, which cost $900 for 2 weeks. I don’t understand allowing pets and then giving guests no formal letter or 3 day vacate notice. I’ve contacted the local news, Better Business Bureau, and the Court system. We’re considering filing a lawsuit.

I’m staying here for a year while I save for a house. It’s no Ritz Carlton, and the rooms could be better, but the staff put in a lot of effort to make the place livable. They’re great, and I can’t say enough about them. It works for a short stay or a longer one. I feel safe here, there’s no trash on the floor, and I don’t see strange people lurking at night. It’s behind a cemetery, but I haven’t got any ghost stories lol.

We stayed for a week, and it was a poor experience. Maintenance or insect inspections woke us early on almost 4 days, with no notice, and they came into the room while we were just waking up. They cleaned twice but didn’t replace the sheets or towels, and the shower leaked. On my last day, someone knocked on the door at 8.30 am.
