Oyo Hotel San Antonio Lackland AFB/Seaworld Hwy 90 W

This was my second stay, and I’ve never had any problems. The staff are kind. It’s close to Lackland Airforce Base, with Denny's next door and the main stores and food chains nearby. I also really appreciate having a mini fridge and microwave in the room, since I like to snack on fruit and eat in the room.

The location is handy, with everything just around the corner, but the hotel was awful. We kept asking for towels. My boyfriend went down three times and asked someone to clean the room, but we were told they were busy. We went into town and came back to find the room still untouched and no towels. Around 11:30 that night, I went to the office again. The man gave us worn-out towels full of holes. When I asked if someone could clean the room the next day, he said they were busy and didn’t do daily service. I told him nobody had come in all day, and he said he’d see about getting someone there the next morning. Worst hotel ever.

Don’t waste your money here. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast, despite that claim being made. Check the reviews first. You can find better places for the same price or less.

The rooms didn’t quite match the pictures, but they still worked for my family. Service was really nice, and we had no trouble getting extra towels or a change of bedding when we needed it. The hotel is very close to the air force base.
