There was no hot water, and the floors and stairways had trash, broken furniture, broken bottles, and creepy bugs all over. I also found dead bugs on the floor and stuck in the caulking, and you could see daylight around the door. The place looks nothing like the pictures. They don’t give refunds, so don’t book online or you’ll lose your money. You get what you pay for, and I couldn’t leave fast enough.

The room was decent for the price, and the location is good. But you can hear people talking as they walk right past your door. Customer service was bland, so don’t expect a warm welcome or much kindness. Also, even if you leave the room in good shape, don’t expect to get that $20 fee back. They’ll keep it.

Flies kept swarming, and the room was full of roaches. Two baby roaches crawled over my ankles while I was trying to relax. The outlets didn’t work, the microwave was filthy, there was no table, and the sheets, towels, and other linens were stained. It was cheap, poorly maintained, and unsanitary, and looked nothing like the online pictures. Never again. Avoid it if cleanliness or comfort matters to you.

For one night or even a couple of weeks, this offers much more value than a standard hotel room. I’ll look for it again on my next trip.
