OYO Hotel San Antonio Lackland near Seaworld

My elderly mother nearly fell on the stairs, and I had to catch her. The floors aren't level, and part of the floorboard in our room was rotten and dipped underfoot. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling because there was no ventilation, and there wasn't even a toilet paper holder. Every pillow was stained, so none of us wanted to sleep on them. The place was cramped, with a very small main building, and the front desk woman was curt. There was no internet or TV, no discount for those missing amenities, and we couldn't pay by credit or debit card because their payment system wasn't working. When we checked out, staff were supposed to inspect the room, but drove the short distance over instead of walking. My elderly father had pulled the car up to the front door to collect us, and they flashed their brights at him even though there was another lane they could have used. A terrible stay for the money.

Don't stay here. They didn't mention there'd be no Wi-Fi until we arrived, and they still haven't returned the deposit I sent through Cash App. This place was awful.

I tried to cancel the reservation in the morning, but the app wasn't working and wouldn't let me change the time either. I want my money back. With management this poor, don't use the site or book a stay here.

I cancelled my reservation with OYO almost a month ago, but got back just $1 of the amount I was supposed to receive. When I contacted guest services, they asked for the booking details and then said there was no reservation. They haven't contacted me or tried to sort out the refund. I wouldn't recommend any OYO hotel.
