The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and very accommodating. Even the other guests were nice. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed. Such a great experience, thank you 😊

For a one-night trip, the location near I-10 was convenient, with several grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had only a few choices and wasn’t available until about 6:30 am. For a longer trip we would have picked a nicer location. Check-in was fairly quick. We asked for a room away from the elevator and got switched, but the keys didn’t work. They worked the second time once someone corrected the room number. Neither bathroom outlet worked, the only issue in the room.

For our one-night stay, this budget friendly hotel did the job. It seemed recently renovated, though there’s still work to do. The biggest drawback was how hollow it sounded, with people walking audible all around us. We like using the digital key, but even though signs said to skip the front desk with it, this property didn’t let us. We still had to go to the front desk. All in all, not a bad stay.

Staff were nice, but the place was old and dirty. A small roach was walking around in my shower, and I got out of there. The bed had hair on it that wasn’t mine, so I couldn’t tell if the sheets were clean. The room smelled musty, like mildew towels or sweat, and it was hard to breathe. The smell came from the bathroom, so I had to keep its door shut.
