LiA Hotel

The rooms are spacious, clean, and up to date, and the beds let me rest well. It's also a quiet hotel in a great location. I've stayed here many times and have always been happy with the helpful, professional staff. For the price, the quality beats other hotels around here. This is my preferred place in the area. Thanks to the owner for making such a great spot available to the community.

The hotel looks nice, but the prices are high, and the negative atmosphere made it feel not worth visiting. The owner is constantly angry and stressed, which creates a really unpleasant environment. His behavior struck me as unprofessional and toxic, and it put us off staying there. Even the employees seemed afraid of him, although they were kind and helpful to us. He doesn't seem to know how to manage a business. If running such a small hotel makes him this tense, I can only imagine how chaotic his life must be. You deserve somewhere peaceful and welcoming to stay. Save your money and pick a place with real hospitality.

The service was great, friendly, and quick, with easy check-in and check-out. The upgrades are appreciated, though they're already showing quite a bit of wear. I was sent here for a recent work trip, and while the stay was okay for what I paid, I've talked about booking my own rooms from now on. The location is right by a very busy road, so the noise was hard to escape. I brought earplugs and an eye mask after reading reviews, but the earplugs didn't help. There are gaps under the doors and the windows let in a lot of sound. I could even hear someone coughing four doors away. I know it was an old motel converted into a hotel, but if quiet matters to you, this probably isn't the place. They should update the website, too. My King business room didn't have most of the things listed: no Buddha Boards, no lounge chair, and no hair dryer.

A reservation glitch meant I was charged twice, which I noticed at check-in and asked the hotel to fix. Management said they'd refund the extra charge, but that wasn't true. I called many times and got nowhere. Don't support people who are dishonest and do wrong.
