Ciao Stays

The room was roomy and nicely equipped, and parking was easy. But the building mixes commercial space with lodging, and it shows: the bathrooms have almost no counter or shelf room, and a sheer-covered window wall between the two bedrooms leaves you with no privacy. Guests should be told about that before booking. Textured glass would make more sense. The bigger problem came just hours after check-in, when I was told there was an “issue” and moved to a smaller room next door. The other party confirmed my original room had been rented to them at a higher rate. I asked for a credit, but management ignored my calls, texts, and emails. Awful management. I wish I’d checked the similar stories online before booking.
