Breakfast was included, and Old Town was about five minutes away by car or a few blocks on foot. The room was good, but they only provide one small trash bin for the whole room. My key card stopped working the next day while I was carrying a lot of things, so I had to put them down. Parking is very narrow. My small SUV fit fine, but I saw other guests struggling with bigger cars.

We’ve stayed here three times now, and the rooms have been clean and spacious each time. There are lots of places to eat on the same street, which is handy for a weekend visit. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the front desk was friendly. Parking is tight because there isn’t much space, so that’s my one concern about the location. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

The staff really made the stay for us. They were friendly, always available, knew the area well, and even had ideas for pet friendly activities. Great restaurants and things to do are three blocks away. We’d come back here when we’re in town. The hotel is pet friendly without deposits or extra pet fees. At the time of this review, parking was very inexpensive, though the paid spots are tight. A fairly large car can fit, and street parking is another option. Our room was beside a freeway on-ramp, but we didn’t hear much road noise. The pool and spa were fantastic, and the continental breakfast was really good. Rooms have a safe fee, but they’ll waive it if you say you didn’t use the safe. Our room had a fridge and microwave, very comfortable beds, and a nice, super clean bathroom. Water pressure was a bit weak.

The room was filthy, and the cleaning service we requested never came. It didn’t look vacuumed or cleaned: the shower had hair on the wall and scum, there were literal bugs in the bed, and the counters were dirty. Within minutes of walking in, a false eyelash stuck to my foot and I found other gross leftovers from previous guests. I complained about it. This was after we’d already spent several hours waiting to check in because we were told housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms. Wendy and some of the other staff were very kind, but we won’t stay here again.
