A rat came through the wall into a kitchen cabinet. We emailed about it, but after three days no one had handled it, so we had to contact customer service through the app. This was a health and hygiene problem, and nobody offered cleaning afterward. One night, at 1:15am, customer service called while we were in bed to ask if we were having karaoke and threatened to fine us. There was no explanation or apology the next day. Support was unresponsive, with robotic apologies and long delays dealing with problems. We had a really bad stay and would never stay with sonder again.

The bed was super comfortable and it’s a great place, though the neighborhood feels a little sketchy.

Really nice place, but nights can get loud. Bring a fan to cover up the noise.
