The room was okay, but it wasn’t high end and is showing its age. I’d give the stay 2.5 stars, but the hidden, super high parking fees tipped it down to one. The charges weren’t disclosed at booking, and Hilton Honors didn’t make any difference. The front desk woman seemed gleeful about charging them. She must get a bonus for it. See pictures.

Peyton and Taylor, the two lobby attendants, made me feel welcome right away by matching my silly personality. They even got me into my room earlier than scheduled and took time to explain the amenities. Their energy and kindness made my day. It’s rare to find employees who pair professionalism with such genuine hospitality. They deserve recognition for how exceptionally they represent the hotel.

The free cookies were delicious, so keep those coming. I liked the daily housekeeping, and breakfast had plenty of good choices. We had some chilly days, so I wish the pool were heated, but it was a great stay overall. Thank you!

The location was nice and the staff were super friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My first room still had trash in it and hadn’t been cleaned, so I had to move. Then at 9pm, maintenance men woke me by knocking and trying to get into my room for an unknown reason. I told staff, and they were kind, but did nothing beyond apologizing. In reply to the staff: I did let them know.

We were here for a wedding over a weekend, and this was a great home base to return to between events. The pool area was beautiful, with a hot tub and poolside bar, and there were plenty of good breakfast options. Everyone provided incredible customer service and was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
