The location was lovely, Ryan was great, and the service team responded quickly. I stayed for a month and would return if the amenities were fixed. I chose it partly for the roomy units, full kitchen, and washer and dryer, but the dryers didn’t work at all in either unit. I had to hang everything after washing a load. My first room was also sauna-hot despite it being 50 degrees outside. The fan under the bed was dusty, and the portable AC seemed to heat the room about as much as it cooled it. For what I paid for the rooms, I expected the amenities to be in better shape. With those issues sorted out, it would be perfect.

The location worked perfectly for us, and the space was clean, comfortable, and great. Customer service exceeded every expectation. I’d definitely stay at Kasa Addison again.

Ryan, the building manager, was wonderful, very kind, and always available if we needed anything. We stayed four weeks in studio 208 on the second floor and had a lovely, quiet time at Kasa in Pacific Hights, near Sacramento and Buchanan street. Bus number 1 connects the area well. The studio had everything we needed: a large fridge, washing and drying machine, big TV, microwave oven, and toaster. The bed was very comfortable. There’s also a nice backyard with magnolia trees and deck terraces on every floor. A lovely place and very good value. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco. Dinko and Marinko

A spacious, thoughtfully planned room in a great location. The kitchen was really well equipped, and there are a few grocery stores within one or two miles. I loved staying at Kasa The Addison, especially for a longer visit.

The support team was surprisingly quick and helpful whenever I texted. The common area was thoughtfully stocked with spare dishes, tea, water, dishwashing tablets, and washing machines. The neighborhood was very nice too. Our apartment was a little old but had everything we needed. Its windows faced the nearby wall of the next house, so it stayed rather dim even on a bright, sunny day and we had the lights on throughout the day.
