The rooms were fine, with an okay cooler and bathroom, but the rest of what was advertised was a letdown. There's no working vending machine, the diner is closed and looks run down, and the fitness room is shut and in bad shape. The pool is freezing day and night, with no heat at all. Online it promises free breakfast, a pool, and a gym, but several of those facilities seem abandoned rather than temporarily closed. I've seen reviews from months ago saying the same thing. At those prices, the promises don't match what's available. You're better off at the Motel 6.

Lots of bars and restaurants along Polk St., and a main bus line nearby if you're tired of paying $25 for Waymo rides. The location worked great for my San Francisco trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, and free parking is a huge plus. I'm also glad there's free Wi-Fi since my phone signal is weak in the room. Thanks for being a great place to stay.

Laundry is outside. The pool is small but nice, though I couldn't tell if it was heated. The gym is little but decent. Breakfast looked closed, but I wasn't sure.

A great place to stay. The rooms are roomy and the views are lovely. There's a mini fridge and microwave, comfortable beds, a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, free Wi-Fi, and a large TV. They also have a pool and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and plenty of tables and chairs. Loved it.

The room was spacious and clean, and Pier 39 was close by. But it didn't have everything shown on the online listing: there was no breakfast, microwave, or refrigerator in the room.
