We had a fantastic stay. The people were amazing, the rooms comfortable, and the kitchen well set up. There’s no stovetop or oven, but it has a microwave, fridge, cupboards, and all the dishes you need, even a can opener that came in handy. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and gym. If we come back to San Francisco, we’ll definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed here three times now, and I’m sure we’ll come back. We packed a lot into the day without needing a car at all. The suite was spotless, and having a mini dishwasher was a nice touch. In the club, the coffee is both plentiful and really good. They also left snacks and a drink, plus a personal note, which made us feel especially welcome. We’re planning to hear more about the opportunities within this Club tomorrow morning.

The Donatello staff were friendly and professional, and the location made it easy to reach restaurants, entertainment, and transit. I stayed two nights and had a great time. My eighth-floor room was roomy, with a comfortable king bed, and the mini kitchen came in handy. The club on the top floor has drinks, a gym, a hot tub, and a sauna. I’d definitely recommend it for a San Francisco trip 🤠

The only small annoyance was how slowly the elevator moved. The rest was great: the rooms have been renovated recently and look amazing, and everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. There’s a games room downstairs, plus an upstairs lounge, sauna, and spa.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were all really nice. I liked the sauna too, though I wish the fitness room had a peloton. Nothing to complain about otherwise, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the whole team!
