Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Jose International Airport, CA

We booked five rooms for work and had two trucks, each with a trailer. Together they used four parking spaces. The hotel said trailers weren’t allowed in the lot and that we’d be charged fees. When I called, they told me each room came with one free space, but we’d still be charged because of the trailers. We weren’t using more than five spaces, so I don’t understand why there was a charge. Very disappointed with the customer service.

We booked at the last minute for one night before an early flight the next day. It was affordable and only five minutes from the airport, with a shuttle available. Everyone on duty was polite and accommodating and really went the extra mile for our family. They provided a crib and breakfast, took us to the airport, and then delivered our luggage there when we realized we’d left it on the shuttle. Thank you for making such an effort to help us.

I paid for everything for my 20-year-old son, but they still wouldn’t let him check in. The policy wasn’t clear or visible, and Laurie didn’t seem to care or want to help. I hope manager Pete Orozco knows the team isn’t properly trained to handle situations like this.

The breakfast was amazing, but the night front desk manager started criticizing the president. I don’t want political commentary when I’m checking in. Hearing him call my president an idiot was insulting. Many people support what the president is doing, and I’d rather not discuss politics at a hotel check-in.
