Uptown Oasis San Jose Airport

Check-in was easy, and someone brought my luggage up to the room. We had to switch rooms because we found a rat living behind the refrigerator, but the woman at the front desk was helpful and understanding, and moved us into a bigger room. Then police came to question us about an incident next door to that new room, so we made some new friends. There are putters for the lobby put-put, too. We had a great time, fun for all!

The staff really made our stay, especially Rebecca, Lumie and Priscilla. They were marvelous. We also liked the breakfast buffet, the nice rooms and showers, and the free airport shuttle. Parking was free and felt safe while we were away. The hotel is conveniently close to the charming city center, and the prices are very competitive. You're the best!

I keep coming back to this hotel, even though there are plenty of places nearby, because the service is so good. My mom lives close, and I’ve been staying here regularly for a long time. Priscilla at the front desk is always welcoming and really nice. This visit, she suggested the new restaurant, and I’m glad I took her advice. The Alfredo was the best I’ve had, full of flavor when versions elsewhere are usually bland. The waitress was sweet, and being able to get dinner without going out to find a place made it even better. Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll be back for dinner tonight.

We keep returning because everyone makes us feel so welcome. My partner and I are in the area for work pretty often, and Priscilla and Rebekah are easily the most delightful people to deal with. They make check-in and the stay pleasant every time. The service has been wonderful from the front desk through housekeeping. Thank you!
