The location was great, but the rooms need a lot of work. The refrigerator and microwave didn't work in the first room; after switching, the TV and AC in the second room were broken. We changed rooms twice, got a refund, and went elsewhere.

For $109, I expected a lot more from a king room. The first room's door wouldn't close right, letting hot air blow in, so we switched. Both rooms had badly battered, rusty mini fridges that were turned down so far they couldn't be used for three hours. The rooms were about 90 degrees when we arrived. The first one had no phone, and the bed was so lumpy I barely slept four hours. There was no soap or breakfast, and you can't go into the office, so all contact with staff is through a security window. The stairs smelled strongly of human waste, and the floors were filthy, like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. The whole place felt like it was squeezing out profit while offering the bare minimum. Way overpriced, and I won't return or recommend it unless sleeping in the car is the only other choice.

The whole stay was disappointing and dirty. The mattress was dirty, the room smelled awful, the sheets didn't fit properly, and the floor was grimy. There was no iron or blow dryer. They eventually brought a microwave after we asked, but that one didn't work either, so my husband had to carry it downstairs and get another. Towels were rationed, felt crunchy, and didn't look very clean. We asked about the pool at least seven times during the week, including two or three times in one hour just to get the door unlocked. Also, lock your doors. A man came in and peeked around 11 p.m., then walked down the hall, saying they were checking which rooms were vacant.

Everything was dirty, from the floors and mirrors to the toilet, tub, and sheets. We moved to another room, but that one was dirty too, and roaches were crawling on the bed. I don't know how this place is still open when hotels have regulations.
