Knights Inn Sandusky OH

Breakfast was good, and the beds were clean. The room and lobby both had a weird smell, and the bathtub had dark dirt stains on the bottom. There was just one table, and it wobbled, though it still held our things. For the small room, the price felt too high. I wouldn't pay over 90. It's practical for visiting cedar point, but I'd rather spend 300 for a night at the hotel on the grounds of cedar point.

The owner, Jeff, was there and showed how much he appreciates the guests. BreeAnna at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay great, and the staff were very polite. The whole property and our room were very clean. The pool was just the right temperature, and my housekeepers were happy to bring us the extra things we needed. One of our best hotel experiences.

The room was quiet and clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool since we weren't there during the day. Breakfast wasn't what we expected, so I went to the McDonald's down the street instead. No real complaints for an overnight stay at this price, though I can't speak to staying longer.

We weren't asked whether we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room, and ended up in a smoking room. It smelled horrible, and that's honestly my only complaint. The room itself was cool, with a giant jacuzzi tub you could see right through into the bathroom, but closing the curtains took care of that. It's a good spot for going to Cedar Point, and breakfast was pretty good.
