The hotel may be listed as two-star, but the way the staff treated us felt four-star. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, and my family felt appreciated. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and so good I was surprised it was included, and the hotel is very close to Cedar Point. The kids loved the small water park. Special kudos to Bill, the night manager, for finding extra blankets and sharing great ideas for things to do nearby.

The location was very convenient for our baseball tournament, close to the ballpark and Cedar Point. The rooms were a little old but nice and clean. The kids had a blast at both the outdoor pool and indoor waterpark, and we had fun at the bowling alley, arcade, and adjoining restaurant. Breakfast was included, though it wasn't the best. Five stars for the location and amenities!

After spending the day at Cedar point, this was a comfortable place to come back to. The room was quiet, and we had no complaints. We didn't spend much time at the hotel because we wanted to be at the park, but the room was really nice. Home is hard to beat, especially with a memory foam bed, though these beds came close. I'd stay again for a multi-day trip to CP.

The staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable, but the full-size beds made sleeping with my kids almost impossible. The rooms looked nice, though the AC wasn't working in the room when we arrived, and the hallway unit was out too. The water park kept the kids entertained, but it's small, has only two slides that run one at a time, and is open just 4pm-11pm. There wasn't much for little kids, and the outdoor pool meant dealing with bugs. The indoor bowling alley, laser tag, and small arcade were a nice bonus, but those only ran 5pm-11pm. We still had fun, especially as something to do before Cedar Point. If you're coming mainly for the resort experience, I'd save up for Kalahari or Great Wolf Lodge.

My family had a great time bowling at the attached alley late Saturday night, from midnight until 1:30. It was $15 per person for bowling and unlimited tacos. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast with hot and cold options was included. We also got passes for the indoor water attractions at check-in. It's close to Cedar Point, right at the end of the causeway, and the price was affordable. Weekend rates went up, as they do at most hotels. Nothing fancy, but we'd recommend it and come back.
