Hyatt House Atlanta / Perimeter Center

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh omelettes made to order and a choice of ingredients. Everything was delicious, and the front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. The location was perfect for us. The building is beautiful, modern, and new, and our room was spotless and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely come back.

We still have about two weeks left in our 30-day stay at Hyatt House, and so far it’s been wonderful. The staff throughout the hotel have been friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is better than I expected for both quality and variety, and the morning team prepares and serves it with warmth and professionalism. Our room is comfortable, clean, and well maintained by housekeeping. I’d gladly return and highly recommend Hyatt House.

We were exhausted and overwhelmed by the unfamiliar area and traffic during our stay from 01/11/26 to 01/12/26. We were there for medical issues, and Hyatt had been recommended because it’s very convenient to the medical facilities. The kindness and patience of the staff stood out at check-in, checkout, and when they explained parking. Dinner and breakfast staff were friendly too. I also want to thank the employees for how well they handled a difficult scene at breakfast. A man claiming he’d paid "2000$" and was a "contractor" rudely berated the staff member cooking, hit his plate on the counter while saying "aqui, aqui," and called her lazy, demanding she serve him. She remained professional. Another guest went to alert a desk clerk, and I went into the service area to make sure he didn’t do anything worse. When we went to tell the front desk, a supervisor came through, as we verified there. The man was blocking other patrons and deliberately making a scene, so I told the supervisor how awful he was being. Thank you and your employees for being top notch.

Hyatt House was a great fit for us while my son had surgery at the children's health care of Atlanta. The rooms were pristine, service was great, and check-in and checkout were easy.
