I keep coming back to this group’s places whenever I’m in Santa Barbara. I visit pretty often and have stayed at Casa de la Viña and Casa Riviera, among others. Each time has been great, and the prices are amazing for the quality and amenities. Everything has been clean, comfortable, and well maintained. When I’ve needed something, the team has been quick to respond, which I really appreciate. The location is another plus, right near State Street, so restaurants, shops, and cafés are easy to reach on foot. It’s a reliable, enjoyable stay, and I’d recommend it.

We were impressed by the kitchenette, especially the Nespresso machine, plentiful pods, and milk frother. The room also had working blackout shades, two chairs, and a table for eating or working, which is a welcome setup when you’re traveling as a couple. Our unit at Casa De La Vina was immaculate, and staff were easy to reach when we had a few questions. It’s a great place, and we can’t wait to return.

There wasn’t much natural light in my unit, one of the few without much, but the large roof deck more than made up for it. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had lovely views. The location also made it easy to walk to lots of downtown Santa Barbara. My studio was among the best stocked I’ve ever booked: refrigerator, toaster, microwave, spices, and all the utensils you’d need. There was a small dining table, a lovely TV that connected easily to my streaming services, a super comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom. I’d absolutely stay there again if I return.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the amenities. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms had all the supplies you could want. Excellent location and amazing customer service. I’d strongly encourage anyone to stay here.

A peaceful, gorgeous place to unwind, and I already can’t wait to return. Casa De La Vina is quaint and charming, with a lovely atmosphere. The property is beautifully maintained and spotless, and everything felt thoughtfully cared for, making the stay relaxing and special from the moment we arrived.
