Casa Jardin

State Street's restaurants and shops, along with the courthouse garden where I attended a wedding, were both an easy walk from Casa Jardin, Unit 12. I stayed there in May 2026 and really enjoyed it. The two queen beds fit a couple comfortably, though the unit isn't large. It was clean and tidy with modern decor, and the kitchenette had plates, cups, mugs, a Nespresso coffee maker, small microwave, electric stovetop, first aid kit, and emergency lantern. Free parking is available behind the units. There was construction noise each morning from the building going up across the street. Zenstay's rental staff communicated quickly and well. I'd recommend it if you're visiting downtown Santa Barbara.

State St is an easy walk from Casa Jardin, and parking was convenient. Our room was small, but had the fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, and dishes we needed. It was clean and nicely designed, and communication was quick. We'd happily come back.

We came with our family of four to explore Solvang and booked here because places nearer Solvang were extremely overpriced. Casa Jardin turned out to be a great choice. It was easy to get in, and check-in and checkout were straightforward. The place was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful extras like slippers, tea and coffee, toothbrushes, and other supplies that made us feel welcome. We could have used a few more towels for four people, though it wasn't a big problem. The location was convenient, and I wish we'd planned more time to explore downtown Santa Barbara. Great value, and we'd stay again if we're in the area.

The room's cute, spotless, and in an excellent location. Check-in was easy. A few details could work better: the windows don't open, there's nowhere to set toiletries in the bathroom, and no towel bars close to the shower. The shower temperature control isn't labeled and is confusing, and the TV remote wasn't near the TV.
